Refund & Cancellation Policy

We quote transparently before work begins, we tell you what is included, and we do not begin chargeable work until scope is agreed. If you feel something has gone wrong, contact us first — most concerns are resolved quickly and directly.

Our fees pay for advisory time, document preparation, structuring judgement and submissions. Once that work has been performed it cannot be returned, which is why refunds are assessed against work completed rather than as an automatic entitlement.

Work is treated as commenced when identity verification begins, when we prepare incorporation or filing documents, or when we start assembling a banking or payment-provider application pack. We will confirm commencement in writing.

You may cancel at any time by writing to hello@ukbusinessexperts.com. Cancellation takes effect on receipt. Recurring services such as registered address arrangements may be cancelled for the next renewal date; we ask for reasonable notice so that statutory records can be updated properly.

• Before work commences — advisory fees are refunded in full.
• After commencement, before filing — a proportionate refund is made for the work not yet performed.
• After filing or submission — advisory fees for completed work are not refundable.
• Recurring services — refunded pro rata for the unused portion of the annual period, less any transfer or re-filing costs.

Companies House and other statutory fees are paid to the relevant authority at the point of submission and are non-refundable once a filing has been made, including where a filing is rejected for reasons outside our control.

Costs incurred with third parties on your instruction — verification services, couriers, apostille or notarisation, translation, or partner professional fees — are non-refundable once incurred.

Where an engagement cannot proceed for reasons outside your control, or where we are unable to deliver the agreed scope, we will review the position sympathetically and may offer a credit or discretionary refund. Decisions of banks, payment providers or government authorities are not, on their own, grounds for a refund of advisory fees, because the work has still been performed.

Email hello@ukbusinessexperts.com with your engagement reference and a short explanation. We acknowledge requests within two working days and aim to conclude the review within ten working days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
